Flexible Hours

In the high season our shop is open between 9.30am - 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am - 4pm on Sunday, the lack of daylight in the winter dictates the following times, 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am - 4pm on Sunday. However, we will arrange viewing appointments at times to suit you, subject of course to the seller's agreement. Also, our website is available 24/7 and displays full details of all of our properties for sale, including virtual tours. If you call us outside of shop open hours, you can leave a message on our voicemail system and we will call you back as soon as we can.

Accompanied Viewings

We believe that, in order to give you the best opportunity to ask questions and to enable us to obtain feedback about a property, it is important that we accompany you on your viewings, whenever possible. A member of the Kings Hill Properties Team who has knowledge of the property which you are interested in will show you around.

State of the Art Technology

Before you view a property we will ensure that you have already been provided with full information about it, including the room dimensions and descriptions, digital colour photographs and 360 degree virtual tours, where available. We can take you on a virtual visit of the property via our huge plasma screen. This will provide you with a better insight into the interior of the property, which may help you to decide whether you wish to view the real thing!
