OPENING HOURS

We are the only estate agent in the local area that is open 7 days a week. We try to make ourselves available as much as possible whether it is late appointments or indeed the weekends.

Our office is open 7 days a week between 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 10am - 5pm and on Sundays 10am - 2pm. However, we will arrange viewing appointments at times to suit both parties. Also, our website is available 24/7 and displays full details of all of our properties for sale, including virtual tours. If you call us outside of shop opening hours, you can leave a message on our voicemail system and we will call you back as soon as we can.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHS

We pride ourselves on creating the very best pictures in order to show the best representation of your property. Once you have confirmed that you would like to appoint us as agents we will book an appointment to take the photographs, virtual tours, measurements and description of your property. This will take approx 1 hour, depending upon the size of your home, as it is important that we take the time to produce photographs which show your property in its best light.

Once the description has been produced we send you two copies to approve, before we start marketing your property. We ask you to sign one copy and return it to us so that we know that you are happy with the description and consider that it is an accurate portrayal of your home. If you are unhappy with the description or any of the photographs we would be happy to make appropriate changes.

360 ° VIRTUAL TOURS:

We are able to take a 360 degree photo of each room in your property. We have found this a very beneficial tool as this gives potential buyers a chance to view your property from the comfort of their own home.
